How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Glorysections Tree Service wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Want to Hear About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Glorysections Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Glorysections Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@glorysections.property and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and send you a reply that explains what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
